Ayush, founder of MindfulThreads Coaching

Hi, I'm Ayush.

I see work and life as two sides of the same boat — when one rocks, the other sways too. That idea sits at the center of how I coach.

I spent 18 years building a career across business and technology — in product and business roles at companies like Colgate-Palmolive, LinkedIn, and Zoom, and in startups including Innade and Fropcorn. Along the way, I moved from sales into product management, from individual contributor into leadership, and through more than one bout of burnout. I know what those transitions feel like from the inside, not just in theory.

Coaching found me before I became a coach. I worked with a coach myself through a period of grief, and again during my shift from IC to leadership — and both times, I felt firsthand what real coaching can do. That experience eventually led me to found Innade, a coaching platform built to unlock the potential of Asia's white-collar workforce. It also planted a quieter dream: to become a coach myself. I made that official in 2026, and I'm now an ICF-accredited life coach.

My coaching is rooted in positive psychology and habit-building, and I'm trained in Compassion Cultivation and Positive Intelligence. I bring a genuine curiosity about human psychology to every session — it shapes how I listen and how I show up for my clients.

The first thing I build with every client is trust. I believe it's the real prerequisite for growth — more than any framework or technique. From there, I adapt to you. No cookie-cutter program, no one-size-fits-all process.

Outside of coaching: I grew up in an Army family, which meant a childhood spent across multiple cultures, and I've since lived and worked in India, Singapore, and the US. I'm now based in California with my wife and our dog, Oggie. On weekends, you'll usually find me outdoors or playing a game of cricket.

Testimonials

"Working with Ayush has been a transformative experience. He is trustworthy, professional and has a real gift for supporting reflection, building awareness and creating change. I have genuinely enjoyed every session, and the impact has gone far beyond what I expected. I can't recommend working with him highly enough!"

— Ashley S, MindfulThreads Client

"Across our sessions — including the coaching-business side of my work — Ayush helped me put structure around my schedule and clear next steps for client acquisition. More than tactics, he helped me shift how I think about what I actually want from the clients I serve. He is calm, composed, and professional, and he asks the questions that open real awareness."

— Alkis T, MindfulThreads Client

"Thank you for being such an incredible coach. Having you listen so deeply with such empathy and a calm, soothing presence made me feel so comfortable opening up. Your curiosity about my goals really inspired me and pushed me to commit to working hard for what I want. Once again, thank you for asking those insightful questions."

— Surya G, MindfulThreads Client

"Ayush has been a 'solid place to land' through the coaching we've had. He helps people cover a large space of needs for success in life. I'm not an easy person to coach (nor am I a customary client) as I am an artistic personality who was in the music industry. I keep trying to comprehend my boundaries but keep coming back to this platform of creativity. That is where Ayush's perspective and observations have benefited me in ways I never grasped before. He asks questions that challenge me to 'dig deeper' to understand the core of what my goal is in the long run. I have found a new groundwork of perspective to build upon. He is an amazingly astute young man who knows the right questions that help me 'dig deeper.' I am so grateful for his personality, perspective, intuition, knowledge, and his abundance of patience. I can't encourage you enough to have the privilege of working with his skills and overall abilities. Whether you're an artistic personality, or in a business managerial position, he will help you comprehend the changes we are able to create for ourselves."

How it works

Four stages, at your pace

Coaching isn't linear, but most journeys move through the same arc.

01

Discovery

A free call to talk through where you are, what's not working, and whether we're a fit.

02

Goal-setting

We name what "better" actually looks like for you — specific, not vague.

03

Growth

Weekly or biweekly sessions, with real reflection work between them, not just talk.

04

Integration

The new patterns become yours — coaching winds down, not on forever.
